Hybrids May Get HOV Access in MA

Hybrid drivers in Massachusetts may soon have a lot to be smiling about. Like other initiatives in California and Virginia, Massachusetts legislators are considering allowing hybrids into carpool lanes.

This would apply to the frequently congested Southeast expressway during rush hour.
